We are all still beyond thrilled about how OU Texas ended up. What were some of your favorite moments during the game? I still can't get over that goal line stand.
As Toby Rowland said, "THE SOONERS TURNED AWAY BEVO AT THE GOAL LINE!!"
Texas defeated themselves in a lot of ways, and OU took advance. From the early interception, we set the tone. But the defense stepping up at the goal line made up for that earlier scoop and score in the endzone, then a little bit later the roughing the kicker really helped keep the game within reach if Texas took the lead, which they did... and I'm not used to seeing a 2 mins like that. Felt like I didn't breathe for 2 whole mins.
Texas fans taking a lot of copium this week. Defense is so improved and Gabriel showed he is in fact the playmaker many of us thought he was. Awesome to see. BOOMER.
It took 3 years off of my life, but WOW! It looked as tho the offense was playing uninspired football in 4th and the defense looked gassed, but not the case! DILLON GABRIEL (and I will admit I was never high on him) BECAME A RED RIVER LEGEND
